General and roof contractors needed to perform minor home repairs; exterior paint, driveway and sidewalk, roof, window and door, fence, landscape, mailbox, house number and other minor home repair on up to 20 homes at a time for up to $15,000 per home and/or up to $15,000 per roof.
Collective Community Initiative, LLC is seeking pre-qualification from General Contractors and Roof Contractors to provided minor home repair services to selected homes in the NW Pompano Beach CRA Residential District.

Contractor Requirements
Properly licensed or certified and insured to perform the work. Worked in the field of work for at least the past five (5) years and have completed at least five (5) projects of at least similar size in the past three (3) years. Not been disbarred within the prior five (5) years. Must agree to the Homeowner-Contractor Agreement. Has the capability in all respects to perform the Project completley.
